| Product Details
Silicone rubber tubes can be divided into "extruded tubes" and "special-shaped tubes". Silicone tubes are made by adding silicone rubber raw material to a double-roll rubber mixing machine or a closed kneader, gradually adding white carbon black and other additives, and repeatedly refining to uniformity, then extruding to produce products according to industry product technical standards. Silicone tubes are widely used in modern industrial defense and daily necessities, and can be used for conductive silicone rubber in the electronics industry. Silicone rubber is a new type of high molecular elastic material with excellent high-temperature (250-300℃) and low-temperature (-40-60℃) resistance, good physiological stability, and the ability to withstand repeated harsh and sterilization conditions. It has excellent resilience and deformability (not greater than 50% after 200℃ for 48 hours), a breakdown voltage of (20-25KV/mm), and is resistant to ozone, ultraviolet light, radiation, etc. Special silicone rubber has oil resistance.

The products are then formed by extrusion according to the technical standards required by the industry.
Plastic spiral protective sleeves are widely used in excavators, pavers, rollers, loaders, pumping machinery, and injection molding equipment.
